Forum Notes:
1.    Presentation requirements?  All is well and understood.  Talked about what made the last presentations so awesome.  Share your greatness as a group.  Make it informative.  All MBI will be presenting April 23rd.
2.  Remind teams to post  Post by the Friday after HPTs!!
3.    Goals for the remainder of the year  A lot of kids checking out, we need to be forward thinking.  Not sure what this means.
4.    Goals for next year  Classroom management?  Ideas:  Denny, Love and Logic, observing other classes.  Is this an option for PIR in the fall?  Interior policies?  School-wide MBI.  MBI universals.  Anxiety with school-wide implementation, being “school-wide”.  Is it PIR or is it HPT stuff?   Other PIR ideas:  Common PIR.  Motivational speakers.  Law Enforcement time with information/feedback on lock downs etc.  Training in My Big Campus, and Smartboards.
5.    Does everyone have their PIR  yes
6.    Is there interest in Classroom MGMT training  See #4.
7.    MBI currently working on Tardy Survey
8.     Recap presentations for the rest of the year  See #1.
9.     ADDED to AGENGA:  Writing expectations.  As a district something has to be figured out.  How to write with a basic structure.  For example:  Step Up to Writing?  It is felt that this is a hole we have, coming from Common Core, and expectations that are coming.  PIR in writing:  for example Eliza Sorte for Step up to Writing.  Needed:  We need to decide as a district, across the board, that all teachers need to be invested in becoming a school that teaches better writing school.  Common Language on how to… Needs to be a comprehensive approach (K-12).  Everyone needs to know the expectations are, no matter what you teach, no matter what level you teach.
