  4. Middle School grading practices developed Essential Learnings for grading our students on Life Skills.

To develop this we began by independently writing what behaviors we valued in our classrooms on post-it notes. We were then able to group similar believes and come up with headings for our essential learnings. It was nice to know that everyone's values were heard, and we had a lot of common ground on what behaviors we value for our students.

Good news: 7th and 8th grade ski trips went well!
